The following corrections have been made to the Attachment B: 1. Net acreage for Field NC-CS-1 2-5 has been amended to reflect onsite well buffer; and, 2. Total net acreage has been reduced to 353.44 acres. Please replace Attachment B of the Permit No. WQ0036561 that was previously certified on July 25, 2013 with the corrected Attachment B.
