Following the issuance of the subject permit dated December 6, 2013 it was determined that some of
the reclaimed distribution line footages were incorrect as a result from a letter received from Randall L.
Foulke, P.E. dated December 20, 2013. Therefore, we are forwarding herewith the corrected permit No.
WQ0036453, issued December 6, 2013, for the subject facility. The following corrections have been
made to the permit:
1. Permit description "7,196 linear feet (LF) of 16-inch PVC reclaimed water line" was changed to
8,175 linear feet
2. Permit description "1,134 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch PVC reclaimed water line" was changed to
1,172 linear feet
3. Permit description "3,621 linear feet (LF) of 16-ineb PVC reclaimed water line" was changed to
3,570 linear feet
4. The permit number was corrected from WQ0036373 to WQ0036453
