Send all suspicious email as an JLchment to Anthony, Yes, the wet pond is designed in compliance with the NC SCM Manual which stipulates the wet -pond has a removal credit of 30%. It also appears that they slightly oversized the pond based on the 1 year and 10 year storms which should allow for additional removal above the minimum standard. Regards, William A.
