Comment: DOT staff, DEO and myself reviewed Site 1 A to determine sediment impacts related to recent floodinq.
Floodinq caused water to backup into EC devices which in turn discharqed to the wetland Site 1A. All
sediment will be removed followinq construction and the wetland returned to oriqinal elevations. Other
sites were reviewed but were still under construction and impacts not finalized.
