LLC Land Application of Residual Solids (503) Pittsylvania County, VA Caswell and Person Counties, NC In accordance with your permit modification request received on December 1, 2010, we are forwarding herewith a modified Attachment A, certified February 25, 2011, to the Synagro Central, LLC for the subject land application of residuals solids program. This certification is being issued to modify Attachment A to increase the maximum annual dry tonnage for the City of Danville Northside WWTP (VA0060293) from 1,400 to 2,500 dry tonslvear and the Lake Townsend WTP (NC0081671) from 1,500 to 2,200 dry tons/year. Please note that to apply all of the permitted dry tons (4.700) will require almost, if not all of the permitted acreage (889.3). Since all of the permitted fields may not be available for use every year, care must be taken to assure there are sufficient lands available for the generated residuals. Please replace the existing Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0034195 that was previously certified on August 25, 2010, with this modified Attachment A. This modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification; shall void Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0034195 that was previously certified on August 25, 2010; and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein and well as those specified in the above - referenced permit. Note that this modified Attachment A is hereby incorporated by reference into Permit No. WQ0034195, issued on September 9, 2009. If any parts, requirements, and/or limitations contained in this certification or modified Attachment A are unacceptable, you have the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following receipt of the certification. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-6714. Unless such demands are made, this permit shall be final and binding.
