A. Legal Permittee:
1. A review of the Columbus County GIS System shows that the closed-loop recycle system is on
property owned by the Federal Paper Board Company, Inca As per regulation 15A NCAC 02T
.0704(f), documentation needs to be provided indicating that the International Paper Company is
the legal Pennittee. This documentation can be in the form of a property ownership deed, or a
legally -binding agreement between the International Paper Company and the Federal Paper Board
Company, Inc. allowing the International Paper Company to own and operate the closed-loop
recycle system on property owned by the Federal Paper Board Company, Inc.
Please submit a property ownership deed indicating that the International Paper Company is the
legal owner of the site, or a legally -binding agreement between the International Paper Company
and the Federal Paper Board Company, Inc. allowing the International Paper Company to own and
operate the closed-loop recycle system on property owned by the Federal Fiber Board Company,
Inc.
