The following corrections have been made to the permit: The monitoring parameters of "Plow, in conduit or thru treatment plant" (PCS Code 50050) and "Nitrate plus Nitrite Total 1 DET. (as N)" (PCS Code 00630) have been removed from Attachment A and from the PPI 001 NDMR 03-12 Non -Discharge Monitoring Report (NDMR) Form. The monitoring parameters of "Plant Available Nitrogen" (PCS Code WQ 09) and "Reclaimed Water Distributed" (PCS Code WQ 01) have also been removed from the PPI 001 NDMR Form. Please replace Attachment A of existing Permit No. WQ0031506, issued July 9, 2013, with the corrected Attachment A, attached herewith. We are also enclosing a corrected PPI 001 NDMR rhporting form. Effluent sampling location for all parameters except turbidity and fecal coliform shall be sampled at the effluent sampling point associated with NPDES permit NC0025241. Sampling for turbidity and fecal coliform shall be conducted at the point of entry where the turbidity meter is located. 2. Sampling frequencies are set to be consistent with NPDES permit NCO025241. Sampling results associated with the NPDES permit requirements may be used for reporting requirements for this permit as long as the sampling Iocations remain the same in both permits. 3. The reported value for WQO1 shall be a monthly total.
