Dear Mr. Smith:
It has come to our attention that a portion of the footnotes included in Attachment B of the Certification
-kW which was issued on October 18, 2012 are no longer current. We are herewith forwarding a corrected
Attachment B of this permit to correct these conditions.
The following corrections have been made to this page:
1. The footnote which reads "Field Number 4 and Field Number 5 shall be thinned of trees, as
appropriate, if and when the growth of the trees impedes the distribution of residuals."
has been changed to read
"Field # 4 and Field # 5 shall be examined for suitability prior to the distribution of residuals."
2. Footnote "c" has been added and reads: "Field #6 and Field #7 shall be shall be thinned of trees, as
appropriate, if and when the growth of the trees impedes the distribution of residuals."
