APPROVAL OF THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
Dear Messrs. Culbreth and Manning:
The Division of Water Quality (the "Division") has received the stormwater management plan prepared by your
engineer, Ms. Amanda Boone, of D.K. Stewart and Associates, Inc, for the above-referenced project. This
stormwater management plan has been approved by the Division and satisfies the Condition No. 6 of the 401 Water
Quality Certification issued to you on August 30, 2006.
The stormwater treatment system associated with this project, as approved by this Office, and its associated drainage
patterns depicted on the plan sheets, must be maintained in perpetuity. No changes to the structural stormwater
practices shall be made without written authorization from the Division of Water Quality. As described in the
stormwater plan, the applicant shall provide access for maintenance of the approved structures and shall perform
corrective actions and general maintenance as needed according to the approved Operation & Maintenance Plan.
This letter completes the review of the Division of Water Quality under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. If you
