Dear Permittee:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Lake Rhodhiss WWTP
Pretreatment Program on 8/29/2018. The purpose of the inspection is to determine the effectiveness of
the pretreatment program by an in-depth review of the files, including industrial monitoring data,
appropriate data management and adherence to the Enforcement response plan. The program was given a
satisfactory rating and no response is required to this letter. Details of the inspection can be found in the
attached Pretreatment Compliance Inspection Report.
