The requested change For Ihis modification is the deletion of miti�ation requirements. The original submittal was determined by the USACE to not have any loss of warers of the US and did not meet North Carolina impact [hreshold ro reyuire mitigation; therefore, mitigation is no longer required for [his project. NC DOT projec[ B-5373 is still covered by General Water Quality Certification Number(s) 4I35. This certitication corresponds ro the Nationwide Permit 14 issued by the Corps of Engineers.
