Aqua North Carolina, Inc. (Aqua) offers the following response to the above -referenced Notice of Violation
& Intent to Assess Civil Penalty which was issued for violations that occurred in May 2018.
Aqua's Response: The ORC for the plant noticed when he visited on Monday, May 9'h that one blower
had failed and was not aerating the plant for several days prior including the weekend when no visits
are made. The blower has since been replaced and the plant remains in compliance since that time.
