In the backyard, drainage is relieved on the right side of the pool through an existing French drain. The water is relieved into the Ellerbe Creek 17 Acre Preserve, away from the actual tributary or buffer. There is no visual signs erosion from this drainage into the preserve. In order to maintain minimal to no drainage impact from the new structure, drainage from the new 392 foot structure will channel from more than one outlet. Currently on the left side of the house, drainage is relieved into the front yard. There is no visual erosion from the yard to the tributary. The new addition will include drainage that flows to the back yard, not directly towards the tributary or buffer.
