Please see the attached revised Certificate of Coverage (COC) for Permit No. NCG050150 that reflects the new company
and facility name. Also attached is a report from our database showing these changes, as well as the contact
changes. (Note that because of the background programming, our database will not capitalize the "c" in "AC"- sorry
about that! The COC shows it correctly.)
Please verify that all the information is correct, including contact details. I noticed that the email submitted for Walter
Drew does not match the email we had in the system for Owner Affiliation, and "[e-mail]" looked like it may
be a typo. Could you verify Mr. Drew's correct email address?
Also, with this email I am copying my contact at Mecklenburg County. (Chad, this serves as the County's copy of the
revised Certificate of Coverage for this facility. )
