Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam.<mailto:report.spam@nc.gov> Hi Owen, Below is information that I need to review this permit application. You will likely need to forward this information to WRC/Andrea Leslie and potentially DWR/Zan Price for their review as well... Based upon my review of the below plans when submitted, I may have some more follow up questions/concerns. We have not received WRC comments yet since I believe Andrea requested more detailed plans as well so the application is not considered complete until we get this information and her comments. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks. 1. Agent authorization (one included in application was not filled out/signed by anyone - needs to be whoever is listed as the applicant for the permit which appears to be different than when the JD was issued..) 2. More detailed/readable plans -Need overall plan that clearly shows impact locations in relation to all wetlands/streams - basically all delineated/approved wetlands needs to be shown. It's hard to tell on the hard and digital copy of Sheet 1-7 that you sent likely because wetland polygons are too faint and there are multiple/different types of lines with same color/symbology... same goes for the 'enlarged' sheets. Also need to include enlarged sheets for each/all impact areas. -Will need to see plan/cross-section for piped sections/impact areas. These plans should show diameter of pipe and relation of pipe bottom to stream bottom (i.e. show that pipe is being buried/embedded). -Need to show/include any temporary de -watering impacts at culvert installation locations and modify PCN if necessary. - There appears to be sewer crossings/impacts in wetlands and streams - please clarify/respond and modify PCN if necessary 3. Acres/number of trees being removed at impact locations Amanda Jones Regulatory Specialist U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Asheville Regulatory Field Office 151 Patton Avenue, Room 208 Asheville, NC 28801-5006 828-271-7980 ext. 4225
