Cynthia,
We have had intermittent/perennial stream call made by Todd Tugwell for
the site, and we can show you those on insets of the wetland maps.
There is approximately 130 linear feet of important/mitigatable
intermittent stream and 95 linear feet of perennial stream impacts
proposed on the site. It is all important/ mitigatable stream channel
with the USAGE on this site. Because of this determination by the USAGE
and because the site is in a non-buffered river basin we did not request
a DWQ site visit, but we will be glad to conduct another if required. I
have revised the stream impacts in the Initial Interest Form.

Chatham County. We are requesting acceptance into the Express Review
Program for a 401 certification authorization and Stormwater
Management Plan approval. This project is proposed in 2 or 3 phases,
but will be applying for the 401 approval and a portion of the
Stormwater Management Plan under a single authorization. Please find
also the USGS quad - Farrington, Chatham County Soils Survey, Proposed
Site Plan, and Verified but Unsigned Wetland Delineation Map. Todd
Tugwell field verified the wetland delineation on March 1, 2006.
Cynthia we would also like to schedule a pre-application meeting for
this project to discuss the Stormwater plan and roadway impacts.

Also, I just got word that the SW Plan for North Hills East is almost
rapped up (will include streetscape BMP Planters) and we will have it
