We have received a letter dated December 14, 2010 requesting the rescission of the subject Surface Irrigation
System Permit. Staff from the Washington Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required.
Therefore, in accordance with your request, Surface Irrigation. System Permit WQ0023883 is rescinded,
effective immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a new
Surface Irrigation System Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Surface Irrigation System
Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $25,000 per day.

Office.
