Wilmington Regional Office has confirmed that this permit is no longer required because no injection wells or
infiltration galleries were ever constructed in association with this permit. Therefore, in accordance with your
request, Groundwater Remediation Permit No. WQ0023585 is rescinded, effective immediately.
