Kevin Weston, we are forwarding herewith corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0023310 issued October 12, 2016. The corrections to the subject permit are as follows: 1. On Attachment A, the effluent sampling frequency for Total Ammonia Nitrogen, Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen, Total Nitrate Nitrogen, Total Phosphorous, and the sample parameters listed for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, Agronomic Division's Waste Analysis Report has been changed from 4 x Year to 3 x Year. 2. On Attachment A, Footnote Number 2 has been changed from "4 x Year sampling shall be conducted in February, May, August and November" to "3 x Year sampling shall be conducted in March, July and November." Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. W00023310 issued October 12, 2016 with the enclosed corrected Attachment A. Animal truck wash facilities are exempt from the Non -Discharge Effluent Monitoring Guidelines. 2. 3 x Year sampling shall be conducted in March, July and November. 3. Only results for parameters specifically listed in this attachment need be reported on Form NDMR per condition IV.7. The monitoring results shall be used in the monitoring and proper management of the cover crops of the permitted application sites. The monitoring results shall also be used as an indicator to prevent any damage to the soil's ability to absorb the subject wastewater or nutrients.
