It has come to our attention that the subject permit issued to the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority on May 28,
2010 contains some errors.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
The Maximum Annual Irrigation amounts applied to each of the four basins listed in Attachment B have been
revised to an expression in inches per year instead of gallons per year. The amounts themselves have not been
changed, only the way these amounts are expressed. Each basin is allowed a maximum application of 529.55
inches per year.
Please replace Attachment B of existing Permit WQ0023261, issued May 28, 2010, with the corrected
Attachment B, attached herewith.
On August 5, 2009, Session Law 2009-406, entitled "An Act to Extend Certain Government approvals
Affecting the Development of Real Property Within the State," was enacted by the General Assembly and
signed into law. The Act, known as the Permit Extension Act of 2009, extends the expiration date of certain
government approvals and permits. On August 2, 2010, this Act was extended an additional year as Session
Law 2010-177. The subject permit falls within the scope of this Act and is therefore being extended to
September 30, 2015.
