A suitable year round vegetative cover shall be maintained such that crop health is optimized, allows for even distribution of effluent, and allows inspection of the reclaimed water utilization system. 4. Adequate measures shall be taken to prevent ponding or runoff from the reclaimed water utilization areas. 5. Reclaimed water application shall not be performed during inclement weather or when the ground is in a condition that will cause ponding or runoff. 6. No type of wastewater other than that from Anson County DPU (NPDES Permit Number NC0041408) shall be applied to the reclaimed water utilization. area. 7. Public access to the reclaimed water utilization sites shall be controlled during active site use. Such controls may include the posting of signs showing the activities being conducted at each site.
