Kelly Williams from EEP just called me. I goofed on the PCN on this one. The USGS Cataloging unit is
03030002 (I had listed 03030004). The project is right on the cusp between the two HUC's; Kelly found the
mistake and I wanted to make sure that I let you know. I'm sorry. Damn maps! _(
