In accordance with a telephone request from William C. Rhinehart received on November 29, 2004, we are
forwarding herewith the corrected Permit No. WQ0020881, issued June 19, 2002, for the subject facility.
The following correction has been made to the permit:
The statement, "A mini -click sensor shall be installed to ensure irrigation wil l not occur by
automation during precipitation events or when the ground is wet." has been removed from
Condition II.4, as this is not, and no plans have been made to make this, an automated system.
Please replace Permit No. WQ0020881 with the corrected Permit No. WQ0020881, issued June 19,
2002.
