Surface Drip Irrigation Facility

We are forwarding herewith a corrected copy of Permit No. WQ0020814, issued January 9, 2007, for the
subject facility. The following corrections have been made to the permit:
1. On page 4 item number I6(a), the buffer for the drip irrigation system was changed from 400 feet to
100 feet.
2. On page 4 item number I6(b), the buffer for the drip irrigation system was changed from 150 feet to
50 feet.
3. On page 4 item number I6(d), the buffer for the drip irrigation system was changed from 100 feet to
50 feet.
4. On page 4 an additional item I8 was inserted into the Permit — "The disposal system shall be
connected to a rain or moisture sensor that shall indicate when wastewater application is not
appropriate in accordance with Condition R (4)". This item was included in the permit issued June
25, 2004, but was inadvertently omitted from the current permit issued January 9, 2007. This
insertion will make the current permit consistent with the previous permit.
Please replace this copy of the permit with the copy sent to you on January 9, 2007 (dispose the earlier
copy).
