On May 30, 2001, the Non -Discharge Permitting Unit received the enclosed fax request from Mr. Roger
Allen, Project Manager with Dalton Engineering and Associates, P.A., to withdraw the above referenced
project from permitting consideration. As such, the Division of Water Quality (Division) will cease all
review of this permit application package.
It is our understanding that you the owner, Ronald Deese, have opted to resubmit a new application package,
resulting in the request made on your behalf by Roger Allen for the withdrawal for application on Permit
WQ0019703. It is also understood that a new permit application will be submitted in the coming month.
