Reference is made to your request for rescission of the Reclaimed Water Utilization —Permit for the
Johnston County Landfill (WQ0019631), as part of transferring the permit requirements from permit
WQ0019631 to the Johnston County Wastewater Treatment and Reclaimed Water Utilization System
permit (W Q0019632).
In accordance with your request, Reclaimed Water Utilization_ Permit for the Johnston County Landfill,
permit number WQ0019631, is rescinded effective immediately. Note that operation of the reclaimed
water utilization system at the Johnston County Landfill has been transferred to active permit number
WQ0019632 as requested by the County. Approval of the modification and a copy of a new permit under
separate cover,
