Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Surface Irrigation Permit. Staff from the
Wilmington Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required- Therefore, in accordance
with your request, Surface Irrigation Permit No.'%WQ0019575 rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the fixture, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a new
Surface Irrigation Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Surface Irrigation Permit will
subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
