Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Conjunctive Reclaimed Water Utilization
Permit. The Division has received your letter on December 2, 2014. Therefore, in accordance with your
request, Permit No. WQ0019336 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a
new permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid permit will subject the responsible party to
a civil penalty of up to $25,000 per day.
