As per an email request from Mr. Cecil Link of SM&E, we are forwarding herewith a corrected
Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0018525 dated August 29, 2005, to Barnes Environmental Waste and
Hauling, Inc. for the subject residuals land application program.
The following correction has been made to the Attachment B:
I. The last line of the footnote "b" did not show up in the printed copy of the Attachment B, and
has been reprinted to show the entire footnote.
Please replace the Attachment B with the corrected Attachment B into Permit No.
WQ0018525, issued on August 29, 2005.
