The 2015 Annual Report was received at the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) on
March 8th, 2016. The report was reviewed on -site during the facility inspection for the
referenced permit. Recent land applications at fields JP-1 & JP-2 were also viewed.
The MRO would like to thank Mike Gibert and his staff for their time during the
inspection. The land application fields, residuals storage and analyses appeared to
meet program requirements at the time of inspection.
