In 2009 and 2010, the General Assembly enacted Session Laws 2009-406 and 2010-177,
respectively. The Acts, known as the Permit Extension Act of 2009 and the Act to Amend the Permit
Extension Act of 2009, extend the expiration date of certain government approvals and permits.
Non -discharge permit, WQ0018201, issued by the Division of Water Quality falls within the
scope of these Acts and is therefore being extended until May 31, 2015. With this letter, the permit
renewal application received November 10, 2010 is being returned. Please note per your permit, a
renewal application must still be submitted six months in advance of the extended expiration date.
