After clarification from the Central Office, it was noted that the recently issued Attachment B for
the subject permit, incorrectly permitted the new fields under the new 2T rules, therefore, we are
forwarding herewith a corrected Attachment B, that was originally certified May 8, 2007.
Please note that only the new acreage permitted by this modification, is subject (only) to the
buffers/setbacks in the new rules (15 NCAC 02T .1100) promulgated on September 1, 2006. The
buffers/setbacks for class B residuals land application are attached.
Please replace the existing Attachment B (dated May 8, 2007) of Permit No. W00016247 with
this modified Attachment B, dated July 9, 2007.
