It has been brought to our attention that Attachment A of existing Permit No. WQ0015931, issued June 18, 2009, contains
errors. We are herewith forwarding the corrected Attachment A.
The following corrections have been made to Attachment A:
The effluent limits for Total Ammonia Nitrogen have been established at 4 mg/1 for Monthly Average and 6 mg/1 for
Daily Maximum. The effluent limits for Total Nitrate Nitrogen have been removed.
Please replace Attachment A with the corrected Attachment A into Permit No. WQ0015931, issued June 18, 2009.
