Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Pump and Haul Permit. Staff from the
Asheville Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with
your request, Pump and Haul Permit No. WQ0015635 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a new
Pump and Haul Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Pump and Haul Permit will subject
the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
