Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0013921, issued April 18, 2008, for the subject facility.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
I . pH monitoring of the wastewater effluent has been changed to three time's a year.
Please replace Attachment A with the corrected Attachment A into Permit No. WQ0013921, issued
April 18, 2008.
