are the permittee, have not been paid. Specifically, Invoice Number 2006PR008438 (for the period
beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007) for $300.00 and Invoice Number 2007PR008350 (for
the period beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008) for $300.00 are delinquent.
In accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0120 (b)(5), your company is no longer eligible to receive a
permit for any new facility, or for the expansion of an existing facility, from the State of North Carolina
Division of Water Quality.
