Carteret County In accordance with a notification received from Mr. John Phillips (Diehl and Phillips, PA) and Jim Bushardt (DWQ-Wilmington Regional Office), we are forwarding herewith the corrected Attachment A for Permit No. WQ0013027, issued September 17, 2010, for the subject facility. The following corrections have been made to the permit: 1. Effluent Iimit for Total Nitrogen of 10 mg/1 is added to the Attachment A. It was the Division's intention to include this limit in effort to correct nitrate issue with groundwater monitoring during the previous permit modification, however, the limit number was accidentally left out from the table. Please replace Attachment A of the permit No. WQ0013027, issued September 17, 2010 with the corrected Attachment A.
