Secretary
Subject; Permit No. WQ0013027 Correction
Sea Isle Plantation North WWTF
High -Rate Infiltration System.
Carteret County
In accordance with a notification received from Mr. John Phillips (Diehl and Phillips, PA) and Jim
Bushardt (DWQ-Wilmington Regional Office), we are forwarding herewith the corrected Attachment
A for Permit No. WQ0013027, issued September 17, 2010, for the subject facility. The following
corrections have been made to the permit:
1. Effluent Iimit for Total Nitrogen of 10 mg/1 is added to the Attachment A. It was the Division's
intention to include this limit in effort to correct nitrate issue with groundwater monitoring
during the previous permit modification, however, the limit number was accidentally left out
from the table.
Please replace Attachment A of the permit No. WQ0013027, issued September 17, 2010 with the
corrected Attachment A.
If you have any questions regarding this correction, please do not hesitate to contact Chonticha McDaniel
at (919) 807-6337. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Q,/ 1harles Wakild, P.E.
