N 9., Narrative Description Applicant's property is a 1.4 acre tract located adjacent to the Core Creek Canal at the Seagate Subdivision,-Lot 16, Section 4, Block C. The property is found by taking SR 1162 off Highway 101, taking the last right, and the property is the next to the last trailer on the left. The property is 100' wide and approximately 590' deep.. The watermost 350' of the property is composed of a salt marsh made up of smooth cord grass and black needle rush. . The remaining high ground is vegetated by pines and domestic yard species, and on this portion of the property the applicant has set up his mobile home. The applicant is proposing to construct a pier extending from his highground to the edge of the intracoastal waterway. This pier is going to be approximately 392' in length, 5' wide and will have a 501 'IT" on the end which will be 5' wide also. Five mooring pilings will be placed around the pier in order to facilitate docking of the applicant's vessel. 10.
