Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Land Application of Residual
Solids (503 Exempt) permit. Staff from the Wilmington Regional Office has confirmed that the subject
permit is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your request received December 6, 2010,
permit number WQOO12759 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you desire to operate this non -discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Land Application of Residual Solids (503 Exempt) permit. Operating a non -discharge
system without a valid permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $25,000 per
day.
