NCAC 02T .0105(e)(2) to pay the annual administering and compliance fee within thirty (30) days of
being billed by the Division.
Failure to pay the fee accordingly may cause the Division to initiate action to revoke this permit
as specified by Regulation 15A NCAC 02T .0105(e)(3). Therefore, it is imperative that you submit the
