Forsyth County
Beth Morton of the Winston-Salem Regional Office has confirmed that this facility is now
connected to city sewer instead of using Pump & Haul. The permit expired on March 22, 1996.
State Permit No. WQ0011570 is being allowed to expire and will be removed from our
computer tracking system, effective immediately.
By copy of this memo, I am requesting the Budget Office to clear all pending billings from
the billing file for the subject facility.
