Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Closed Loop Recycle System permit. Staff
from the Raleigh Regional Office has confirmed this permit is no longer required. Therefore, in
accordance with your written request received July 27, 2009, Permit No. WQ0011197 is rescinded,
effective immediately.
If it is desired to operate this non -discharge system in the future, a new application and its associated fee
shall be submitted and subsequently approved. Operating a non -discharge systern without a valid permit
shall subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of' to $25,000 per day.
