This letter is in reference to Permit No. WQ0011030 issued June 27, 1995 to The Caswell
PartnershipBVI Financial for the operation of the wastewater rotary distribution facilities to serve the
OceanGreens subdivision.
The Operational Agreement for the subject permit inadvertently was not signed when the permit
was issued. Therefore, please replace the old Operational Agreement with the enclosed signed Operational
Agreement.
