Dear Mr. Newett:
In accordance with a written request received June 5, 2007, we are forwarding herewith a corrected
Permit No. WQ0011030, issued May 2, 2007, for the subject facility.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
1. Condition I.8 — The requirement for a usable green area has been removed from the
permit.
2. Condition III.5.g — The requirement for maintenance of cover crops has been
removed from the permit.
3. Condition U. 4 — Please note that daily ORC visits have been changed to five times a
week during the April through October timeframe.
4. Condition I11, 2 — Please note that the requirement for monitoring influent flow has
been removed from the permit.
Condition 11.2 -- Please note that the permittee has one year to fix the rotary
distribution system or connect to the Town of Oak Island
6. Condition H.5 -- Please note that the ORC shall turn the rotary distribution system
during daily visits.
Please replace Permit WQ0011030 with the corrected Permit WQ0011030.
