Beth Morton of the Winston-Salem Regional Office has confined that this facility is now
connected to the Greensboro sewer system instead of using Pump & Haul. The permit expired on
July 1, 1995.
State Permit No. WQ0010424 is being allowed to expire and will be removed from our
computer tracking system, effective immediately.
By copy of this memo, I am requesting the Budget Office to clear all pending billings from
the billing file for the subject facility.
