Please find enclosed a permit rescission request for the
subject facility. The permit was issued on January 27,1995, with
an effective date of January 27, 1995 and an expiration date of
December 31, 1999. The need for the subject permit ceased as the
site is no longer used for land application of wastewater
residuals, which are now being taken to the Cleveland County
Landfill. Please remove the permit from your tracking system.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please
advise.
