indicated that this permit is no longer needed.
By copy of this Ietter, I am requesting confirmation from our Mooresville Regional Office
that this permit is no longer needed. After verification by the regional office that the permit is no
longer needed, State Permit No. WQ0010355 will be rescinded. -

Catawba County
The City of Hickory's Northeast WWTP does not have a spray
irrigation system. Because of the cost factor and the possibility
of water from the spray irrigation system entering into a nearby
stream, we made the decision not to install a spray irrigation
system.
Since we do not, have a spray irrigation system, we will not^;
need the permit. -�
