Dear Mr. Houle:
Reference is made toward the Expiration of the subject State Permit. Staff of our
Mooresville Regional Office have confirmed that this facility has attached to the CMUD and
that this Pump & Haul Permit is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your
request, State Permit No. WQ0010276 is allowed to expire, effective inmmi Lately.
If in the future you wish to use Pump & Haul as a method of waste disposal , you roust
first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a valid State Permit will
subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.

Gleason, Water Quality Regional Supervisor, Mooresville Regional Office at 7041663-1699.

We have recently completed our gravity sanitary sewer connection to the
existing main on the referenced project. Therefore, we no longer need the referenced
Pump & Haul Permit and request the permit be terminated.
