Dear Mr. Smith:
Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject State Permit. Staff of
the Wilmington Regional Office have confirmed that this Pump & Haul Pernut is no
longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, State Permit No.
WQ0010239 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to again pump & haul wastewater under your own permit,
you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a valid State
Permit will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
