In accordance with a request received in person on October 4, 2005 from Jonathan Hill with Synagro
South, Inc. we are forwarding herewith a corrected page 1 of the cover letter of Permit No. WQ0010198,
issued August 26, 2005, to the Town of Williamston for the subject residuals land application program.
The following correction has been made to the permit:
Paragraph three of the cover letter of the permit has been deleted.
Enclosed please find a revised page 1 of the cover letter (corrected October 7, 2005) of the permit. Please
replace page 1 of the cover letter in Permit No. WQ0010198, issued August 26, 2005 with the corrected
page 1 of the cover letter.

In accordance with your permit modification and renewal application package received on March
8, 2005 as well as the additional information received on June 30; 2005, we are forwarding herewith a
modified and renewed Permit No. WQ0010198, dated August 26, 2005, to the Town of Williamston for
the subject residuals land application program.
This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance until July 31, 2010; shall void Permit No.
WQ0010198, issued on March 31, 2004; and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified
therein. Make note of this permit's expiration date and the fact that a permit renewal application is due to
the Division of Water Quality (Division) no later than six months prior to that date (i.e., see Condition Vl.
7.), as the Division does not send reminders to apply for permit renewal.
This permit is being modified to revise Iand application field identification numbers, revise
acreages on renewed fields, add 23 fields and delete 5 fields, with a result of increasing the permitted Iand
application area from 274.4 to 635.2 acres, as follows:
